ABOUT ME
Thank you for visiting my website, my name Bob Lockwood a 63yr old bodybuilder. I am here to provide online coaching to competitive and non-competitive bodybuilders
Most of my time has been involved in competitive bodybuilding, running and owning a gym for 10 years, running my own supplement company (ASN) for 9 years, and promoting and running the Anglian Bodybuilding Championships for 6 years.
Also including judging the Mr Britain, and Mr Universe, as well as other shows up and down the country.

I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for all your support in my fitness journey, your guidance has been invaluable and I truly would not have come this far without your expertise. As I moved forward I have decided to continue my training independently for now. The gym and the morning workouts have become an integral part of my daily routine, thanks to the encouragement and knowledge.
I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me. While I may reach out for a few more sessions in the future, for now, I feel confident in continuing on my own.
